I am a writer, speaker, educator and advocate with more than 25 years’ experience working in the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, and Queer (LGBTIQ) field.
My professional work is informed by many years of public advocacy. My strength lies in my ability to engage with groups and individuals in a respectful and non-threatening way and to take them with me on a journey of change.
I’m a member of the Victorian Ministerial Taskforce’s Health and Human Services Working Group that advises the government on issues of importance to the LGBTIQ community, and I was one of the founding members of the Rainbow Families Council (now Rainbow Families Victoria).
I’ve taken a leading role in creating social and legal change, and have frequently represented the community in mainstream and LGBTIQ print media, and on radio and television.
This website provides detailed information about my professional services, including training design and delivery, writing and public speaking.
